Our virtual studio gives you an affordable way to workout no matter where you are, what you do, and how you feel that day. It requires no equipment, no experience, and you can watch from anywhere on our website.

ON DEMAND: We’ll upload new classes each day. Classes may consist of our CORE: FULL BODY, CYCLING, CARDIO, LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY, ARMS + ABS, ABS + GLUTES, AB BLAST, or STRETCH formats and maybe a few surprise formats we have up our sleeves!
LIVE: We'll host LIVE workouts exclusive for LYNC VIRTUAL STUDIO members! Workout in Olivia's living room while she is in California or our local instructors here in Dallas at the studio & in their homes.
Modifications are often provided in the video, but never feel obligated to do a move that doesn't feel right to you. That's the beauty of doing it at home - you can pause to practice, rewind to watch something you missed, or fast forward to skip.

Q: How will I get my videos? A: You will immediately receive a separate email with a link and a password to access a private section of our website. Check your junk mail if you do not find it.
Q: What is CORE? A: Our signature CORE class is a full-body workout, set to the beat of the music, and designed to work all the muscle groups through simple, repetitive movement. It's called CORE, but it's not just about shaping your abs. It's a full-body workout thats specifically designed to make you strong from the inside-out.
Q: Do I need any equipment? A: Nope! Our formats are all equipment-free! We might include a kitchen towel or optional light weights for you to use at home to tone arms + abs but we'll make that known in the description of the classes.
Q: How long are the classes? A: Our classes can range anywhere from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. We'll let you know how long the class is in the description.
Q: Do I need any experience? A: That's the best thing about our workouts–NO! ANYONE can do our workouts from anywhere. You won't need any prior experience. We offer modifications for advanced + challenging moves.
